Q1. 온라인 한국어과정 신청서는 어디서 작성하나요?

(Where can I fill out the Online Korean Program application form?) 

A1. 

온라인 신청 tab을 누르면 입학 신청서 사이트로 이동합니다. 

또는 온라인 입학 신청서 사이트 (lang_en.shinhan.ac.kr)로 들어가셔도 됩니다. 

영어, 중국어, 베트남어로 작성이 가능합니다.

기타 언어(우즈벡어, 러시아어, 몽골어)는 첨부된 파일을 참고하셔서 작성하시면 됩니다.

English version is currently available. Chinese and Vietnamese version will be uploaded soon. Other languages (Uzbek, Russian, Mongolian) may refer to the attached file and fill the form. 

Q2. 온라인 신청서 작성 시 주의해야 할 점이 있나요? 

(Is there anything I should keep in mind when filling out the online application form?) 

A2. 

Step1. 

온라인 신청서 작성 시 1) 본인 사진, 2) 여권사본 3) 최종학교 졸업 증명서 4) 성적 증명서를 먼저 업로드 하셔야 합니다. 

모든 파일을 업로드 하시면 등록번호가 부여됩니다. 꼭 등록번호가 부여된 것을 확인하시고 신청서를 작성하시기 바랍니다. 

When you fill in the application form, 1) Id picture, 2) copy of passport 3) Official (expected) graduati on certificate of final degree 4) Official transcript must be unloaded prior to enter personal information. 

When you upload 4 files mentioned above and submit the files, the registration number will be assigned. You must check that the registration number has been assigned and fill out the rest of the application form. 

Step2. 모든 신청서는 한국어 혹은 영어로 작성하셔야 합니다. 

The application must be fill in either Korean and English only. 

Step3. * 표시는 필수로 기재하셔야 합니다. Items with “*” sign must be entered.

Step4. 연락 가능한 이메일 주소로 작성해주시기 바랍니다. 이후 인보이스 및 필요한 서류를 보내드릴 예정이오니 자주 확인하시는 이메일 주소를 사용해주시기 바랍니다. 

Please write to an email address where you can be reached. We will send you an invoice and necessary documents later, so please use an email address that you check frequently.
